If you use CrossFire on a PC please read on:

We’ve just received notification from CrossFire that linking to full text in version 7.0 SP2 will cease to work at the end of March. In order to keep this functionality you must upgrade to the new version of CrossFire which is 7.1 and is available for download from the CrossFire website.

PLEASE BE AWARE that AutoNom (the automatic nomenclature program) is not included in 7.1. If you do not want to upgrade to 7.1 there is a workaround. This involves downloading another file from the CrossFire website. For obvious reasons we have not been able to test if this works or not!

ICT will be upgrading all the cluster PCs to 7.1 so that students will not lose the full text function.

Mac Users – the latest CrossFire version for Macs is version 6 SP1, as far as we are aware this issue should not affect you.
